Grace is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #141906) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC #14728). Grace approaches therapy with warmth, authenticity, and curiosity and she strongly believes that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for healing and change. Working with Grace, clients will find a safe and supportive space to explore their inner world and develop a clear sense of self. She enjoys working with clients on challenges related to self-esteem, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Grace actively incorporates mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy into each session. She currently works with children, families, adults, and couples under clinical supervision.

Grace primarily worked with children and families in social services agencies and school-based mental health systems. Her experience includes individual, family, and group therapy using trauma-informed and strength-based approaches. Grace is also an experienced yoga teacher and has completed 500 consecutive hours of training. Grace utilizes yoga traditions of mindfulness and awareness in her therapy practice.

Grace earned her B.A. in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University and earned her M.A. in Counseling at Saint Mary’s College of California, developing a deep commitment to multicultural practices and social justice. She is an active member of CAMFT (California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists) and CALPCC (California Association of Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors).
