How often do we meet?
Sessions are typically once a week for 50 minutes. If you feel that you need more support, a higher level of care, such as an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), or Outpatient Program (OP) may be recommended.

Does your practice work with kids?
Yes, we work with children as young as 4 years old. For children under 4, we offer limited in-home visits within the local area based on their specific needs. Our therapists use developmentally appropriate techniques to support children and their families.
How do I know which therapist is right for me?
Finding the right therapist is an important part of the process. We offer consultations to help you understand which clinician's approach is the best fit for your goals. If you feel that your therapist isn’t the right match, we will work with you to find someone who aligns better with your needs.

How many sessions are needed?
The number of sessions needed varies for each client depending on individual goals, progress, and the nature of the issues being addressed. On average, clients experience symptom reduction after approximately 3 months (12 weeks) of therapy. However, change is contingent on each client’s progress and how actively they engage with their treatment outside of sessions.
Does your practice accept insurance?
No, we are a private pay practice. We do not accept insurance in order to maintain client privacy. Insurance companies often require sharing personal information and may impose restrictions on treatment. By being private pay, we ensure that your care remains confidential and tailored to your specific needs. However, we do offer super bills that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. A super bill is a detailed invoice with all the necessary information for you to submit to your insurance.
